Is it a good idea to freeze Pinot Noir wine?

Is it good to freeze wine??? Unfortunately no. Unless you wanted wine ice pops? It wont defrost properly though and would ruin the alcohol content. You can however put red wine in the refridgerator. I kept my Pinot Noir Wine in a pet bottle at 34C for 5 days. Now it smells disgusting.?

What has happened? It smells like i’ll puke immediately. I kept at room temperature of 34C for five days. When I opened it fizzed like compressed aerated drinks. I cannot drink for the smell. It also seems a little darker colour. What has happened? Is the wine expired? Will it revert if I refrigerate? Please [...]
