I found a 1977 (30 years old) bottle of California Pinot Noir wine. What is the chance it is still drinkable

What is the best affordable pinot noir wine?

I have been drinking Wild Horse for quite a while (love it). One of my favorite pinot noirs comes from Ponzi Vineyards in Oregon’s Willamette Valley and the prices can be really reasonable.
