How long can I keep rose wine in the fridge?
Ive had a bottle of already opened but resealed rose wine in the fridge its been about a month. Do i have to throw it out or can i still drink it ?
ps. i dont care what it tastes like
i just want to get drunk
and ive resealed it in a smaller bottle with a cover
Perfectly fine to drink. I’m guessing it’s a standard house blush that keeps for months in the fridge. Wine takes awhile to actually go spoiled as in food poisoning inducing.
most wines start loosing flavor or picking up unwanted flavor after opening
reds i wouldn’t go over a week
whites can sometimes go a few weeks
rose, since its sorta in the middle, i would say a week
but if you don’t care for flavor, unless there is something growing in it (mold) you can still get drunk off it.

It’s probably safe to drink if it’s been in the fridge the whole time. If it looks cloudy, I’d dump it.

Depends how good it was when you opened it. If it was OK when you did, it’s probably drinkable now. If it wasn’t OK I wouldn’t drink it or toss it, I’d cook with it.

You can drink it if you can stand the taste. Key is keeping it cold and free from extra oxygen. It will taste flat and a bit funky, but still get you drunk. I’ve found open wines to give me unusual headaches the next day, but I’m guessing you have already drunk the wine by now and can tell me if I’m right or wrong.
